The Pertamina EP Ramba Field community empowerment program integrates fostered groups to mutually build and advance the village (keluang). The fostered groups include SMP Negeri 2 Tungkal Ilir, Posyandu An-Nur, Bank Sampah Kekar ​​Gemilang Group, and Agroponik Kekar ​​Gemilang Farmer Group.

The fostered groups of PT Pertamina EP Ramba Field are part of a collaborative network to carry out integrative activities related to education, environment and health issues such as providing health education classes for pregnant women and toddlers, organic waste management training, and organic farming cultivation training. Through this effort, they transformed into a social innovation called KELUANG HUB

Through KELUANG HUB, there is a novelty in the collaborative and participatory approach. In this approach, the community is actively involved in the planning and implementation of the program, facilitating more intensive interaction between groups such as posyandu, waste banks, and farmer groups. This approach also applies a cross-sector integration method, which combines health, education, and environmental services in one platform. This concept aims to address various challenges faced by society holistically and ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the programs implemented.
